Pagerduty has a detailed onboarding with 4 steps which is non-skippable however you can leave a step out if you do not want to complete that step immediately. The information they asked for is used for setting up the account like the kind of service, integrations with AWS, Datadog, etc and personal details like phone number, emails etc.
